Prior to its screening in August, the crime thriller "The Bullet Vanishes" released its final two posters, mtime.com reports.

The film features Nicholas Tse, Lau Ching-wan, Yang Mi, Jing Boran, Wu Gang and Liu Kai Chi.

While shooting, the main problem for the two Hong Kong leads, Nicholas Tse and Lau Ching-wan, was speaking Mandarin.

Although Tse's Mandarin is fairly good, he still runs into some unfamiliar words. Because of this he hired a Mandarin teacher to help him with his vocabulary.

As for Lau Ching-wan, he plays a talented detective who relies heavily on Mandarin to explain his reasoning. Director Law Chi-Leung invited a teacher to help him with his language skills during shooting.

Co-produced by Le Vision Pictures and Emperor Motion Pictures, the film revolves around a strange murder case in the Republic of China period.

"The Bullet Vanishes" will be screened on the mainland on August 14.
