BJIFF Reveals its Documentary Screening List

The organizing committee for the 2nd Beijing International Film Festival announced that 260 projects from all over the world will be screened for the event, and the names of the 21 documentaries to be.screened were released.

Six documentaries are from China, including "Chinese Three Gorges", "The Way of Taichi", "The 29th Olympic Games Official Film", "Together in Guangzhou", "For the People Sing Aloud" and "Touching the Tigers."

Fifteen of the documentaries will be from foreign countries, including "Garbo: The Spy", "Amma Lo-Fi", "Pianomania", "Pequeñas voces", "The Whale", "À St-Henri, le 26 Août", "Mustafa's Sweet Dreams", "Inside Job" and "Silent Shame" from more than ten countries.

The short-listed films will be screened in appointed cinemas in Beijing.

The 2nd Beijing International Film Festival will open on April 23 and close on April 29.
