The producers of the fantasy comedy film "Magic to Win" held a press conference in Beijing, on October 26. Supervised by Bak-Ming Wong and directed by Wilson Yip, the film boasts a star-studded cast including Louis Koo, Bak-Ming Wong, Wu Chun, Yan Ni and Jacky Wu. The lead actors Chun Wu and Karena Ng made an appearance on stage during the event, mtime.com reports.
The film tells the tale of a modern magic story, in which an ordinary girl accidentally obtains magical powers from her magician teacher. Consequently, she becomes embroiled in a magical world which is beyond her control.
It's the first time for Wu Chun to star in a fantasy film based on magic. During the press conference, he revealed "From my debut film to now, this movie has the most special effects, and also, it's the first time that I've been able to cooperate with a new playing the lead actress".
The film is slated to hit cinema screens on December 1, 2012, just in time for the Spring Festival slot.
