Chinese actress Qin Lan has been nominated as best actress for her role in the film " Be a Mother" at the third China Image Film Festival in London.

A group of international posters photographed by Song Chao from the American magazine 'Time', were released at the event.

The film was directed by Yu Zhong, who has previously shot a series of charming films including "Roots and Branches" and "A Postman in Shangri-La."

Starring Qin Lan, Wang Pei and Alex Fong Chung Sun, the movie approaches the sensitive social topic of surrogacy. Ultimately, the three people end up becoming emotionally entangled.

Approaching the topics of bisexual relationships, love and responsibilities, and looking at the institutions of marriage, the family and morals, the film has managed to arouse considerable attention from the British media, including the likes of 'The Guardian,' 'The Daily Mail' and 'The Times'. The movie will compete in the competition section of the festival.

According to reports, actress Qin Lan will arrive in London for the premier of the film on September 23.
